Food Diversion

Today's realization.  

A food pantry is trying to have enough food each day for the number of clients that will come through their doors. So if they are open 8 hours then they need more food than the next day when they are only open 4 hours. So they are choosing which days to pick up rescue food based on THIER volume each day.  

If you are more concerned about food being tossed in the trash or going to pigs instead of people you need to pick it all up all the time and FIND places for it to go!  

Very different objective to some degree!
